BioHI there well I have a little bit of a dif story from ya'll. But I was about 130 and gettin smaller in middle school and my family made me go to the hopital and made me get better. Now I an on my own and want to get back in but having trouble. I am now 160 I know I so fat an grows. I'm trying hard to get down to 120 or less. I hope this will help me stay on track.any advise at all would be greatly apprchiated.
